Poor Service

I am writing this on behalf of my Brother: To whom it may concern After multiple emails, telephone calls, time & effort spent trying to get assistance. Registration status has been on Awaiting Evaluation for months now and we have uploaded all the required documents.

Classes are starting Tomorrow and still they have not yet responded to his application. I honestly don't understand what is causing the delay and your Telephone lines are not working.
