POOR CORRESPONDANCE

Good Day I have tried numerous times in the past month to contact NSFAS but the network always seems to be congested when i call. Furthermore i have sent numerous mails and had no response whatsoever. I also sent a message on facebook but to no avail.

Please I request assistance.
