Poor communication from NSFAS

I was an NSFAS funded student for 2***. The process started good and smoothly and went downhill from there. I have been blocked from regsitering for 2021 studies due to NSFAS not paying my tuition fees as per contrat. I have been endlessly trying to get hold of them via phone calls, emails, and their online chat room with no response from their side. I am frustrated and annoyed.
