Pathetic service

Good day, I have an urgent issue that needs to be resolved ASAP. In May 2020 I sent a request via email that I wanted an outstanding amount of R5 357.85 to be deducted in June 2020. The arrangement was done because the money was deducted successfully in June. But what ****es me off now is that till today NSFAS is still deducting the R5 357.85 from my bank account every month. This is really unbelievable, unacceptable and ***********. And you know for every unsuccessful deduction my bank charges me R160. And this has been happening since May because at first they deducted on an incorrect date, then in June the deduction was successful, now July, August and September, what the hell??? I need this to be sorted out ASAP AND I WANT ALL THE BANK CHARGES INCURRED SINCE MAY WITH INTEREST. I sent an email in July but no one has contacted me till today yet they are still deducting the money that I already paid. Even worse their call center is closed. Call me, my number is ***
