Pathetic NSFAS

Where can we report NSFAS because their employees are not doing their jobs. Even a simple it longer than expected. What an *********** employees. You can't even get through their call center. No offices. They don't even answer our emails. What a disgrace of the government institution. So disappointed. My daughter account was received registration. Then it changed to provisionally funded. She has not received any allowance nothing. We can't even get hold of them. Can someone please help us to report this pathetic services. Worse there's no explanation about the changes of the status. I'm so annoyed.
