Overdue NSFAS funding and outstanding fees at Tshwane university of technology

I was a student of Tshwane university of technology at Soshanguve South campus from 2016 to 2020 academic year.From the time I started right to the end NSFAS was covering all my expenses or rather was supposed to,I recieved my monthly allowance thinking that my tuition fees was also taken care of,but to my surprise I never recieved my certificate nor academic records on graduation, reason being that I owed the institution the amount of R 43.132.73. I reached out to get help and this was the response I received

"Kindly note that we can confirm that your 2020 fee allocation is in progress as your registration was loading late, in 2021 which has caused for your profile to be added to payments in progress. Please be patient as recons are in progress. We have requested a follow-up on this from the relevant department." But only R16398.99 was paid and I still owe the amount of R26743.74

It has been four years now since i graduated, but am still stuck, struggling to get a job and what hurts me the most Is that I am failing to further my studies. I need both my academic records and certificate.
