Overcharge Student Loan and an Update of my of my account.

I want to close off my NSFAS student loans. I have made payments but my statement has not been updated. There is also an overcharge on my student loan that i have written so many times to NSFAS about but no one is responding to any of my inquiries.

Even when people are doing what is right - still have to contend with these broken systems.

What now, NSFAS?
