Outstanding fees

I was funded by nsfas through my academic years. I couldn't get my certificate because nsfas didn't complete the payment, and when I was able to get them (contact) they said they don't even know when it will be paid at that moment it's hard to apply for jobs causes some companies want certificates not academic records.
