Our issues as students are not being responded to they ignore us shattering our dreams but their children are not struggling but they make us struggle

I appealed on the 20th of March this year and I have not received any feedback about my appeal I've been sending emails from the 1st of April to date I have not even received any response on my emails, people are working from home but our emails and issues are not attended to I am very disappointed in their service they shattering out dreams as students
