Once you start paying you never get a statement anymore.

Since I started paying back my NSFAS Loan I have not received my Statements. I have tried calling and emailing but allI get in response is an SMS saying that I should make payment and they attach their banking details. are my payments even getting recorded? I made a debit order and it seems like ill have to cancel it until I get a proper statement showing that my payments are actually debiting my account.
