Nsfas wallet is blocked for too long!!! Must resolve or legal action will be taken

Wallet and cell bux blocked and now i have been told that my emails have been escalated. I think nsfas is a **** because I've been on pending payment with a blocked wallet that i didn't even block in the first place nsfas choose to create newly funded courses at tshwane south TVET college which nsfas prohibits you from paying for. So please nsfa release allowances and pay the institution. You guys should be embarassed.. I am studying at Tshwane south TVET college and doing a PLP (pre vocational learning program) my funding like other students should have been in and wallet unblocked ages ago but now it's already a new year and you are useless..
