NSFAS unblock my account

I'm a student at SWGC Roodepoort Campus doing my second year. NSFAS has blocked my wallet account since April this year, I've called, DMed them, sent countless emails and I've received no assistance. I'm struggling with transport money to campus. Final exams are approaching and they're not helping at all with unblocking my account.
