NSFAS TAKING FOREVER

I am guardian to a bursary student at UNISA. We have been waiting all year for nsfas to send an sms/email to sign an sop. Nothing to date. It is july now and 2nd semester is starting next week, how is she gonna register without signing sop? Book allowance? Meal allowance and travelling allowance? I am struggling as I am also a single parent to a 9 year old who requires finances too. Why are you taking forever to release the students' funds? We are tired of callingyour office and hearing the same story everyday. Release the funds NSFAS. This is not a loan its a bursary and she earned.
