NSFAS sent me a refund form for them to refund me back the extra amount that was taken on my persal without notifying me, on the 15th Dec I notified them the adressed the form to Mr whereas Im a female. But they have responded.

Last year from Oct until now has been taking extra amount from my persal without any notification. This has put me on a very bad financial status as I can't afford to pay some stores that I owe. Haven't even able to pay for a car.

I spoke to them (Dec 15th) they sent me a refund form but it was adressed to Mr whereas I'm a female. Also I notified them that my surname has changed to Nkwanyana and not Mgaga anymore. I asked where can I send them my ID as proof but still no response.

I need them to adress the form to the correct title and surname because the bank refuses to fill it in like that.

I really need that money back. Please help me.
