I have been paying my account for three years now yet my balance only decreases by an average of R1000 per year. there are many people that choose not to pat their accounts yet you do this to people that actually pay their accounts. Please get your finance department in order. I need a balance of each month that I pay. I cannot be paying almost R700 per month yet all of it goes to your ridiculous interests.
