NSFAS REVOKED MY FUNDING

In 2022 I have been funded for NSFAS. But in November 2022 I have received an email stating that I have been revoked of m NSFAS funding. When I called to enquire why have I been revoked they said because it is my SECOND QUALIFICATION. (It's funny because my sister had her second qualification and she was funded with NSFAS) I have sent multiple emails but have not received any response. Up until now nothing is sorted out. NSFAS has failed me. NSFAS should hire people that know how to do their jobs and not mess with people's life.
