NSFAS release our current Statements already

It's been over a year since NSFAS recipients received a statement from NSFAS. YET NSFAS has not stopped the debit orders, instead they have introduced an additional R2.51 with no explanation. Their helpline is always busy. I'm even considering giving them a reason to contact me, since I've been trying for months with no such luck. By stopping the debit orders. I'm tired of their inconsistency and lack of efficiency.
