NSFAS Refuses to close my account
In December 2017, i made a final payment to cover outstanding amount as per the statement i had received from nsfas, up to this date, my account has not been closed and instead, i keep on receiving updated statement of account showing that i owe some extra money, i would pay off that account and add more but still get another upddated statement. Up to this date i have not received a closure letter and according to their records, i still owe them. This is so sad and so frustrating. I do not know what NSFAS wants from me now.
