NSFAS Recoveries department horribly poor service

<p>Made the payment of my entire 3 years worth of student loan . 1 month later still no feed back , no payment acknowledgement and the interest on an already played student loan is still accumulating. And then the company representatives whine on the media about non paying former beneficiaries, honestly at this point I regret paying back the NSFAS loan and I actually don't blame anybody who doesn't intend to , it's just not worth the effort!!! Cleary their 7 to 10 days service means something else! No "star" earned.</p> <p> </p>
