nsfas query platform are not assisting regarding the funds

I app**** to the funds i was declined saying i do not meet reequipment's ,My question will i be writing my N2 exams if i did not meet reequipment's ,i have sent email no reply their face book messenger is worse the are students who requested help from March but not assisted yet ,even the live chat they don't help us .I have re app**** as they said we have up to the 3rd of September but they not replying to check what need to submited
