NSFAS Problem

Morning my name is Noxolo Tomose I need help My son app**** for Nsfas last year and they said he must submit the following documents which ID copy, Matric Results, letter of acceptance from the University and proof that we are not working he did begging of this year he called Nsfas offices to find out how far they are with the progress they rep**** n said we still busy with the applications we gonna get back to you even today he still waiting for them to respond January we borrowed R4000 from mashonisa in order for him to register at UNISA but this semester we couldn't find the registration money for him to register bcz we didn't have it now his doing nothing so what I want to know is this what kind of people that Nsfas is helping with funds because I really don't know we don't have money to pay for his studies so please help me to find out about more information regarding the Nsfas
