NSFAS PAYMENT

2024 September I received NSFAS statement showing that I owe R123 955.47 which i paid R124 220,05. After paying i received paid up letter which shows that I am no longer owing together with a statement showing that I have overpaid NSFAS must pay me back R264.58 which i never received back.

Last night I received statement from NSFAS showing that before I paid i was owing R134 000 which is not I got on the 1st statement,it was R124 000. Now new statement shows that I am owing R11 231.

How possible is this? What must I do in this situation?
