Nsfas Pay Outstanding Accounts

I graduated this year in March, Nsfas still has not paid my account and I am unable to receive my degree. I'm struggling to find a permanent job due to this. I've sent numerous emails, went to their offices, nobody can give an answer on when accounts will be settled at the university.
