NSFAS NOT REFUNDING
I had a loan from NSFAS and repaid them since I started working. November 2018 I settled my loan with them in full and informed them. They are still deducting the amount from my persal number. Thereafter I have emailed and phoned and they keep on saying it takes 21 days to refund. It has been more than 21 days and I have been informed that my name is still not on the list of refunds for January.

26 Feb 2019, 19:19It is the 26th of Feb 2019 and still no refund or proper response from NSFAS. Still deducting and all consultants just keep on apologising but you cannot speak to finances, only the team leaders can.
