NSFAS NOT IDEALLY THE WAY TO GO!!!

So I'm truly disgusted after my recent(yesterday) call with NSFAS, Nabeela could explicitly tell me that it is nsfas busy updating the progress however mine was updated last year already!!! So if NSFAS is only doing the adjustments now, who then changed my application....???? AND... How does my tracking progress just disappear??? I have sent 5 appeals and still to date have never received any form of feedback... When i requested information on how to go about laying a formal complaint against the institution, the response was; I cant tell you how to do so as our systems are offline. I never knew you rely on a system so much. I mean I found that information on Google.... Says a lot about NSFAS!!!
