NSFAS non response jeapordizing students 2025 admission

A student has been informed in Feb 2025 that their funding that was approved by NSFAS in 2024 for 1st year studies, will not be released any longer to pay tuition fees for 1st year of studies at Wits University, This is despite 1st year being completed and despite NSFAS paying for the studuent monthly stipend and travel allowance throughout 2024. There are no NSFAS representatives present on campus to review these querries. The email address to contact NSFAS has not bee working - mails are being returned stating that the recipuent has blocked emails. There are 4 phone numbers that are being constantly called but there is no answer. The finance office at Wits cannot answer on behalf of NSFAS. Lectures have started, studenet cannot complete their registration for 2025 studies until this matter is resolved. Can a human being in NSFAS contact us.
