NSFAS Keeps billling my me eventhough i settled the account

Good Day Kindly take note that I received a statement from the NSFAS indicating that I have a pending balance of R270. This is after I settled my account in December 2019 emailed the proof of payment to over 3 consultants.

Also take also note that i have been contacting the NSFAS offices a number of times over telephone and email requesting assistance with closing the account but i am not getting any help, instead I keep being billed when i have paid up my study loan.

Can i kindly request an intervention on this matter to get it resolved.
