NSFAS IS TOO SLOW AND DOESN'T CARE

I have app**** for nsfas in November 2022 and still no joy from them, I am an orphan with no parents and in desperate need of this assistance, I can barely concentrate on my studies as I'm stressed, I've had to take loans to pay for the time being. NSFAS just doesn't seem to care they take their own time to assist and many students are going through the same situation.
