NSFAS IS THIS FAIR

I have been trying to apply for a NSFAS funding since September 2020, the closing deadline is in 6 days time. I have completed everything on the online application and have come across one glitch in their online application system - the part where you have to put in the year of study does not allow you to do anything so when you want to submit the application it tells you, you have one error and cannot submit without fixing it, how does one fix something that the system wont allow. This is very frustrating. I would be prejudiced because of this. I have sent them four emails to explain this challenge and to date no one has responded to my email. SAD - What does one do. I really need to access this funding but the system wont allow me? Is this perhaps deliberate to put off the scores of applicants for 2021.
