NSFAS IS THE WORST AND EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL

None of the contact numbers are being answered. They don't respond to emails. They don't explain anything. Worts of all they have no empathy whatsoever. Not everybody circumstances are they same. Some of us are stuck between a rock and a hard place and yet we desperately keen to study further. But I don't have my father's details I don't know where in the world I will get information about him. Even though I have explained the situation but they don't respond to emails. I also don't understand how they can reject my application this time around when I was awarded study funds a few years ago but due to dire circumstances I had to quit my studies and work as I had no one to support me. But anyway NSFAS you can keep your funds.
