NSFAS IS POOR

If I could give no stars for how poor their services are, well I would. On the website they say they are available on telephone numbers, social media etc. However when one calls they are not available when one drop them a DM nothing. When I visited their Cape Town branch they were hidden. When I spoke to one of the people, they are really terrible, she made the excuse that one should rather come in and visit them. Laula mentioned that I can email and contact her anytime. It has been 7 days no response via email.
