Nsfas is not prepared to help

I app**** for nsfas on 2017 and my application was successful,I then got accepted at unisa and I informed nsfas that I have got accepted at unisa.Nsfas told me that I will have to sign an agreement form and I never received any of it. I did ups and downs at unisa because I needed assistance but I got none.i ended only passing 2 modules because I didn't have any means to buy books required.i have been doing follow up with nsfas almost every now and then but still I get no help. I couldn't even enrol for the 2019 academic year because i don't have means to pay. Nsfas should not accept our applications if they know they won't help us with our fees
