NSFAS is failing students/applicants

I app**** for NSFAS for 2020 and up until now, I still haven't received any outcome, even though I sent in all the required documents. Several posts on their Facebook page have been ignored and those rep**** to, have all received the same response: that I should inbox my ID, which I promptly did, and nothing happened thereafter. Cases opened via myConnect portal have been ignored, with the oldest going back to July. Cases older than that have been deleted, I don't know why. Emails that I sent have also been ignored.
