NSFAS is extremely unprofessional

NSFAS took over my study fees account at NWU without me signing a contract or notifying me of the changes. Cases like this are why so many ***** cases happen at NSFAS. They are unprofessional and lax in their procedures. Think twice before you sign a contract with them.
