NSFAS IS CAN'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES TO HELP STUDENTS

I'm Aphelele Vesel I've been trying to contact NSFAS officials for more months to update my details on their system so I can be alble to sign the NBA byt it keeps escalated to ICT department and I call like every second day. The service is bad I even tried to involve the Minister of Higher Education office. Sent emauls to NSFAS but only promises I'm getting back. We will soon be writing exams and I won't be able to see my results or be able to continue to second semester. I'd rate the service 0/10 if I could but they not helping me out at all. I live with my unemployed mom and well my dad passed away last year. We keep voting but no help comes our way, I don't know who else to turn to for help. I'm already depressing as yoy can imagine studying not knowing wheather your fees will be paid as they say they can't release any payments to an institution if the NBA isn't signed... NSFAS instead of helping students sends students to their own death because of depression.
