NSFAS is A ****

It has been over a month now NSFAS is denying proof of my payment. A full payment was made on the 27th of April this year and every day I call the Call Centre, first you wait for hours to event get a hold a human to talk too, secondly when you you, the person helping, seems to be helpless and clueless with regards to your account. and then next thing they say, payment has not been made, yet I have the proof of payment, then sent the proof to collections. Still no response. now all of a sudden their system is down, when every single day they send emails and sms in regards to no payment. I
