NSFAS is a nightmare and a very *********** organization

I have sent 5 emails between the 5th of March and 30th of March 2021 to get my updated statements. NSFAS did what they do best being so ***********, not a single reply to any of my emails. I'm not even going to mention their call centre, their number does not go through. What does one need to do in order to get some assistance from NSFAS?

I have made a couple of inquiries regarding my statement balance, no response to that as well.

You don't pay they hound you like a *****. You pay they make life difficult for you. I can't even tell how far I am with payments, I believe I should be done, but to be sure of that I need proof.
