NSFAS is a load of...

So it's been 3 months since i started phoning NSFAS in attempt to find out my status for funding. I start writing exams in less than 3 weeks and i still dont know the outcome. I signed an agreement form last year that states and amount of +R 156 000 and last year they paid the remainder of my tuition of R 5480. I tried emailing and phoning them on more than 32 occassions (21 Phone calls and 11 Emails), the people you call cant help you and the people you email dont respond. I dont know what to do but i have to say for people who are supposed to help students, they are making it SO much harder. Why dont they drop out of the funding path and stop giving students hope. I am supposed to write my exams without any books. Haven't studied for 5 of my subjects because the study guides are as useful as the NSFAS Contact centre. This is outrageous.
