NSFAS Incompetency in helping Me.

NSFAS stopped my funding with no reason. When I ask at my higher education Institution (TUT) they say is due to N+2 rule, which is not because I have been using NSFAS for two years now and I have been in the higher education system for less than 3 years(the end of this academic year will be my third year.) Meaning I don't meet the requirements of N+2 but my funds has been cut during the year and now I owe the institution. When I try reaching them on their mail box it says is full and when I try calling I waited for 80 minutes (more than an hour)to be transferred to a representative of which I didn't even get a chance to speak to. I also tried nyda head office to assist me and they said they don't have NSFAS representative as yet, in the Gauteng province.Please I need help regarding that.
