NSFAS incompetence

Good day

I applies for NSFAS few years ago and i did not get approved. So I'm trying again now but since my id already exists on the system, i had to change my details(email and cellphone number) since i no longer have access to the old ones. So NSFAS promised to verify everything and get back to me in order for me to be able to reset my password 12 days ago. Even now I'm still waiting and decline is too close
