NSFAS incompetence

I am a registered student and even though it was lockdown in 2020, made payments throughout and when I contacted NSFAS for my statement and sending my proof of registration, my account was still handled by CreditIntel. They only emailed me on the 8th of March 2021, and guess what? My account has an extra 2000 RAND. Like why?

However like I said before if it was not for Natertia Costello's incompetence by sending my account to CreditIntel I would not have been in this situation. Its not as if I can run away. I am not a politician, I am trying to make ends meet.
