NSFAS IGNORES THE REQUEST TO PROVIDE PAID UP LETTER

I paid up my account in January and one old colleague of mine now working at NSFAS gave me a contact person of the person i should direct my quries to. I did and everything seemed fine until I requested a paid up letter. From January month till today in May I have been requesting that she sends me a paid up letter and she just ignores my emails.
