NSFAS hasn’t fully settled my tuition fees

My name is Maluleke Amukelani Andzani and I’m a recent graduate from the Tshwane University of Technology.But my biggest challenge at the moment is that NSFAS hasn’t fully settled my tuition fees, NSFAS left me R20795.05 that hasn’t been settled. I have been contacting the NSFAS head office explaining my issues, and they have explained to me that remaining amounts was from 2020 and 2021,the amount from 2020 was R14000.00 and remaining amount was R6795.05, and I was told that both amounts was placed under phase-out, but the frustrating part is that they don’t have an exact date or year in which the remaining amount will be settled. My issue now is that I was told those statements just a year ago. Now I’m stuck, I can’t even apply for a job because I don’t have my degree/qualification or even to print my academic record , it feels like I didn’t go to school. My details are:
