NSFAS HAS YET TO PAY OUT MY REFUND

I am truly disappointed in NSFAS, as I have paid my student loan up in November, deduction still went through November and December. I submitted a refund form 28 November 2018 and was told it takes 21 days to be paid out... I have been calling NSFAS call center almost every second day since 7th January 2019 as I have not yet received my refund and no one can shed light on this matter as to when this will take place.

I really think this is unfair that I cannot get a straight answer and truly feel as though my case is not being escalated to the necessary departments to deal with the matter and give me proper feedback.
