NSFAS handed over my up to date account

NSFAS handed over my account to Medaco Revenue Solutions while I am paying more than what I am supposed to pay every month. This is really frustrating as I have had an encounter once where they called me accusing me of not paying. There are people who have been working jobs that pay them more than I am getting for ages who have never paid a single cent, but my account got handed over ????
