NSFAS get your act together. Some people really need the funds to complete their studies.

The year before last I app**** through NSFAS to complete my degree as I was and am still going through a tough time financially. Low and behold my application was rejected because I was already enrolled before. However, my wife's application was accepted and we enrolled at the same time in the past.

If let that slide because I am aware that the government have a mandate to empower females. Then they put out an advert on facebook recently elluding to the fact that the funds are available but people are not applying and the add insult to injury their requirements are exactly what I should have qualified for i.e. people already studying toward a degree.

I responded to them immediately via facebook and it sounded that it was unheard off to them that such an oversight could have occurred. I had to stop myself from get excited that hopefully, the government would finally mean something to me. They asked me for my ID number and other details which I provided immediately after obviously checking that they were legit. Boom no response after that now a week ago....
