NSFAS FUNDING ( No one is helping me )

I am having difficulties with NSFAS, with regards to my funding. I have been on this issue since the beginning of the year. I have contacted NSFAS call centre, emailed NSFAS and also tried at the University of Pretoria NSFAS offices. I am there every week but they can not help me, they are passing the blame to each other( NSFAS Call center and NSFAS office at the university of Pretoria).

I had to appeal at the beginning of the year, there was a form given for this appeal. I filled it in and submitted on time( deadline was in March). This form said we can email or hand in at the university. I submitted via email to the email address on the form and also opted to submit at the university, but I was not able to / I was refused, saying this form must be sent to NSFAS via the email address( which I had already done)

When I speak to the NSFAS call center person they say the form needed to be submitted at the university and they can’t help me at the call center, when I go to the university of Pretoria to enquire about this they tell me that the form needed to be submitted to NSFAS, through the email on the form and they cannot help me at the university.

So i am stuck between a rock in a hard place, where I need funding for my degree in order to finish but none of them are willing to assist me. It is almost exam season and I don’t even have textbooks, I am struggling to pay rent, hardly have anything to eat, yet I am expected to pass.

I kindly request help/ an intervention in this regard as it is greatly putting a toll on my studies.
