NSFAS **********. NO MORALS OR ETHICS WHATSOEVER

I've been having a major struggle with nsfas since the start of mh studies. My 2019 first application was rejected under household income greater then 350K of which multiple contact to them was of no use. An appeal was submitted confirmed received on 15 August 2019 from bursary office nothing was done since... The very appeal submitted online yet has not been attended to and the worst is no one helps on the phone the person whom I've been emailing since October 2019 has not responded once who supposedly is the person who deals with appeals. I as far as went to their office on 9 January 2020 to be told I am approved and the status will update in two weeks... Guess what nothing as such and yet no one even cares to refer you to complaints let alone bother to reply to emails. I've been given another email address to forward all previous communication to but guess what just over a week has passed and not even she has bothered to say anything and this is highly stressful when one has to focus on your studies... I have run out of option on what to do and really really would appreciate any assistance at this point in time to get some resolution as my new application for 2020 is now also just stuck on one status... Please can you help??? Or anyone.
