NSFAS employees are very ******* and lazy

NSFAS employees are very lazy and very *******, they do not answer the phones, they put the phones on the internet saying if you want to call them use this number but when you call it says the number have been changed and no alternative is provided, what a stupid people, they stop deducting if the money you owe them is about to finish so the interests can accumulate and when you call them they never respond. You cannot use EFT because thier Finance Department will never clear the payment
