NSFAS doesn't was to give me an outcome of an application they added to my profile where as I have an application that I app**** for that is on "Registration received"

NSFAS automatically added a new application for me without my consent on top of an already successful application. Now the application they have added has since been on "application in progress" where as my initial application ( which I was using since last year) is on " Registration Received". Now I am left to suffer as I am dependent of the income I used to get from my NSFAS. My father is unemployed and is mostly dependent on peace jobs and the R350. My mother passed on last year. I used the money I was saving from NSFAS stipends last year to register myself with the hopes that my issue will be resolved but still nothing. I get food from from an SRC Meal assistance that they give us at school which lasts for about 6-12 days then from there on I rely on my friends for food. I don't understand why I have to suffer like this where as I was funded last year. Please help, the stress is taking a toll on my academics. We're on test week and I can't even focus as the only thing on my mind is that I do not have funding due to the mistakes I did not even make. I plead that someone assists me
